Trial Refunds

We offer a 2-day risk-free trial for our data center and ISP products so that you are able to test our proxies for your specific use case. If you find that the proxies do not work for your purpose, you can contact support@rayobyte.com and request a refund. Please note that this applies to a package of 5 proxies only.

Once you pass the two-day trial period, you can continue to use them, and they will automatically renew monthly until you cancel. If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a special circumstance, you can submit a refund request, but we do not guarantee refunds to any individual.
